JOB NOT DONE

Who should be held responsible for Malaysia"s failure to qualify for the 2016 Junior World Cup in New Delhi?

For the record, this is only the second time that Malaysia has failed to qualify, the first being in 1996 in Singapore when the team coached by Stephen van Huizen failed to make the cut for the 1997 edition in Milton Keynes.

The guns will be aiming at coach Arul Selvaraj and his two assistants Mohd Amin Rahim and Jivan Mohan.

But while they are the coaches, the billion ringgit question is do they have to bear the full brunt of the blame?

This blog will never cover up the inadequacies and at the same time dissect the ills plaguing the sport, no matter if the powers at the Jalil Hill squirm in their seats or go around justifying their sorry existence.

Malaysia has failed, not once but twice in a period of 4 months.

We failed to make it to the Rio Olympics in July and now this failure, which should be shared equally by those in the NSC and ISN.

There will be comparisons to the teams of the past, the coaches, the preparation, will they will even awaken those dead to lay blame.

But other then Arul, will anyone else come forward and say I too bear responsibility?  Will anyone want to jump on this bandwagon as they did in2012 inMalacca where Malaysia emerged as Asian Junior Champions!

We will over the next few days shed light on a lot of rubbishy and arrogant persons who think they own the sport. And some lack the balls to stand up.
