A lucrative four year sponsorship deal worth RN16 million will be inked this Friday.
The deal between Malaysian Hockey Confwderation and Tenaga Nasional Berhad will see the utility company taking over as sponsors of all tournaments organised by MHC.
In the past TNB used to be the title sponsor of the Malaysian Hockey League but will no take over the title sponsorship of the Junior Hockey League where Milo had been the sponsors since it started in 1885.
Just how much of the sponsorship will filter down to the states or clubs is left to be seen.
